Today was another day we have been eagerly looking forward to!
And, there have been so many! Today Kevin Van Dam, three-time World Champion Pro Angler and self-proclaimed "avid deer hunter" joined us in Tulsa at Winnercomm to stump for AWA! One of the most well-known and well-liked faces in outdoor sports, Kevin Van Dam, often referred to by the peeps as simply "KVD" was a gracious, friendly, easy-going and easy to like celebrity. He threw himself enthusiastically into his work today, improvising and contributing to the creative process. What a privilege to have him on our team!
The day started with a series of video takes in different wardrobe and, peppered with light-hearted banter and laughter, continued with some radio spots. It concluded with Greg and Kevin sitting outside in a relaxed setting on some rocks in the shade of large trees talking casually back and forth about the benefits of AWA to deer hunters and the similarities between professional bass fishing and the AWA Pro Series. What a great finish!
There are always stumbling blocks along even the best of paths, but today, thanks to the professionalism of the Winnercomm team, the vision of Greg and Don, the courage of David Fort and the talent and enthusiam of Kevin Van Dam the path was as smooth as a lake on a windless morning!
